It even included dark purple flowers that looked almost black, which didn’t feel right for such a special occasion. I left a negative review out of frustration.
To my surprise, the owner, Patti, reached out to me right away. She sent a replacement arrangement to my mom the next day. This time, it was absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and exactly what I had hoped for. My mom loved it.
