I originally ordered flowers for my mom’s 75th birthday, but the arrangement that arrived was nothing like the photo online. It even included dark purple flowers that looked almost black, which didn’t feel right for such a special occasion. I left a negative review out of frustration. To my surprise, the owner, Patti, reached out to me right away. She sent a replacement arrangement to my mom the next day. This time, it was absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and exactly what I had hoped for. My mom loved it. I truly appreciate Patti’s personal response and her commitment to making things right.
